Now that Gammy moved back to California, visiting her this time was a little different than last time, but we still managed to have some fun.
First of all, instead of taking pictures with our regular camera, I managed to forget the camera, but don't worry, I managed to not forget my camera charger. (Thank goodness! Just in case the camera that was left at home died!) So please don't mind the low quality Blackberry pictures.
Instead of going to the beach all day, we went to parks.
Instead of wearing our swimsuit to the beach, we wore our clothes... and didn't really touch the water because even in August, the water is freezing!
Instead of laying on a beach towel, while we worked on our tan, we just laid on beach towels (inside) while we napped.
Instead of playing beach volleyball with friends, we read books and played fort with cousins.
Instead of watching Papi race El Caminos and Mustangs, we road ceramic mustangs in circles not once but twice!
Instead of visiting beautiful beaches, we visited beautiful buildings.
And instead of riding BART, we got to ride AMTRAK.
So all in all, the trip was different, but fun!
I personally like the fact that my mom moved back to California. It is still a 5 hour plane ride to see her, but sure beats the 10 hour ride it was before!

that looks like a fun trip. always fun to see grandparents. jordyn is so cute, she must continue to be a good baby since you take her on all of these trips.

It sure was a blast having cousin time. Hanging out at Terri's was fun also. I am so glad you guys came for a visit. Jordyn sure is a cute little girl, you're doing a great job!
